​How to join the program:
In order to take part in the Whitening For Life patient loyalty program you will first need to consult with our office to see if you qualify as a whitening candidate.  Once you have been approved, you will purchase an in-office whitening procedure, including whitening trays to be enrolled.  You will also be responsible for keeping your hygiene cleanings periodically as prescribed by our office.

How the program works:
By maintaining your hygiene recall appointments every 2-6 months (as prescribed by our office), you will be given complimentary touch up whitening syringes for life from our office, after completing each cleaning appointment.  This privilege, while absolutely free, does require some rules and regulations.

What happens if I miss my teeth cleaning appointment?
As a whitening member, by missing your hygiene appointments you can be eliminated from the whitening program.  To re-enroll in the program, our office has a re-enrollment plan, which may include an additional fee and proof of commitment for your future hygiene appointments.

Is there a cost to be on the program?
To be enrolled in the program you are required to purchase your initial whitening treatment as prescribed by our office and custom made whitening trays.

How does Zoom work?
The Zoom Whitening Gel’s active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide. As the hydrogen peroxide is broken down, oxygen enters the enamel and dentin, bleaching colored substances white, leaving the structure of the tooth unchanged. The Zoom Lamp aids in activating the hydrogen peroxide and helps it penetrate the surface of the tooth.

What causes tooth discoloration?
There are many causes such as coffee, tea, colas, tobacco, red wine, etc. Antibiotics at a young age, aging, smoking and trauma can also result in discolorations.

How long do the results last?
Indefinitely. By participating in the Whitening For Life program, you will receive complimentary touch up whitening syringes on each hygiene recall appointment for life as determined necessary by our office.

What are the steps involved?
After the initial recommended oral exam, the complete procedure takes one office visit.  The procedure begins with a preparation period followed by three, 15 minutes of bleaching.
